Simon is the firms principle consultant and has worked in the construction industry for over 20 years. Simon gained a post graduate diploma in Building Conservation in 2017 and successfully met the criteria to become a full member of the IHBC in 2021. Since 2018 Simon has provided Building Conservation Advice to Local Authorities gaining invaluable knowledge about the planning and listed building consent process.
Simon is passionate about preserving our historic built environment and our natural environment. He also appreciates the need for innovative respectful change in order to realise a period buildings full potential in the 21st century
